Cancer patient doesn’t have to report to hospital; trial set next month to settle dispute

Jul 26, 2006ACCOMAC — A Chincoteague teenager’s fight to use alternative medicine to treat his cancer will get another chance after a judge suspended an earlier ruling forcing him to undergo traditional treatment.

Good, we have at least a temporaray reprive to this idiocy. Hopefully the higher up judges will see the stupidity in this ruling, and will give us back our families. When did we become a communist state where it is the governments or courts job to figure out what is in the best interest of a child rather than the parents job?
